Metzenbaum Dissecting scissors are available at Jalal Surgical in “ 150 mm 180 mm 200 mm 230 mm 250 mm 280 mm 300 mm” Length, High Quality with Stainless Steel material. Metzenbaum Dissecting scissors have blunted tips and are designed for both cutting delicate tissue and for blunt tissue dissection. They are not recommended for cutting sutures, drains, or heavy tissue.

Metzenbaum scissors are similar to Mayo scissors but are lighter with a more slender midsection which improves their utility in tighter operating fields.
