Lebsche Rib Shears are available at Jalal Surgical in “245 mm” Length, High Quality with Stainless Steel material. Lebsche Rib Shears is specially used in surgical procedures that require splitting the sternum. Often a mallet is used in conjunction with the chisel so that more force can be applied in the process.

Splitting the sternum may be required in planned cardiovascular or thoracic procedures or emergency situations.

The Rib Shear comes with sharp blades to slice through bones with ease.

Cuts through bones as well as tendons, sheaths and other fibrous structures.

Especially includes heavy blades to exert large force to cut through tough structures. InclIncludes one sharp blade and one elongated blade. The blades have a heavy built to minimize effort for dissection.

Moreover, the blunt tips protect soft tissue from damage. The forceps also have smooth edges that prevent inadvertent soft tissue damage. The operating forceps have a rivet screw joint for fast action during procedures.
