Duval Tissue Forceps:

Duval Tissue Forceps are available at Jalal Surgical in “145 mm” Length, High Quality with Stainless Steel material. Duval Tissue Forceps, also known as Pennington clamp , is a surgical clamp with a triangular eyelet. Used for grasping tissue, particularly during intestinal and rectal operations. Under the name ‘Duval clamp’ they are occasionally used much like a Foerster clamp to atraumatically grasp lung tissue.

Duval Forceps:

Duval Tissue Forceps is light weighted and has triangular jaws to provide a larger grasping surface. The design of these jaws contributes to a reduction of tissue trauma since the applied force is more distributed. These tissue grasping forceps are more often functional for grabbing internal organs such as the stomach or lung.

Additionally, surgeons can control tissue and even eliminate foreign objects in the body. The ring-handle ratchet design and interlocking features at the end of the jaw assure the tissue is grasped firmly. Different jaw widths are available to accommodate different cases.
